How many people have started the New Year with all the best intensions of any of the following:-
1. Eating a better diet
2. Dry January
3. Exercising (more)
4. Stop smoking / vaping
5. Spending more time with family (lol)
6. Learn a new skill /hobby
7. Getting more organised
8. Getting better organised
9.Reading more books
Over the years I have set these sort of things year after year and failed miserably, I always thought it was me and my lack of self discipline that was the problem.....Well I'm delighted to tell you that just isn't the case.
